Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of strategy development, testing and validation services, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced.
Before Work Begins
Clients may request a full refund prior to development or testing work starting.
After Work Has Commenced
Once strategy development, implementation, testing, analysis or reporting has begun, fees become non-refundable.
If a project cannot be completed due to circumstances outside the client's control, FTA Labs may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit.
