FTA Labs provides trading strategy testing, validation, software development, simulation, analytical reporting and related consulting services.

Services are performed based on information, rules and requirements supplied by the client. FTA Labs will make reasonable efforts to accurately implement and test the strategy as described but cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information provided by the client.

All results provided by FTA Labs are based on historical market data, simulations, assumptions and testing methodologies.

FTA Labs makes no representation or warranty regarding the future performance, profitability or suitability of any trading strategy.

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of any strategy implementation, reports and deliverables created specifically for that engagement.

FTA Labs retains ownership of its proprietary software, frameworks, methodologies and internal tools.

FTA Labs shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of capital, business interruption or other damages arising from the use of any report, strategy, software or service provided.

The client accepts full responsibility for all trading decisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
